Sweet Lou, our original barbeque sauce and the one that started it all, is finally available for purchase as of 2018, one year after the start of our food truck, Sweet Lou Barbeque.
It was created in 2012 and enjoyed by many family members and friends while being perfected.
It is a sweet, flavorful sauce with a tomato base. It can be brushed on as a glaze to create a sticky bark for your grilled or smoked meats/veggies. Use as a side for dipping, a sauce for your homemade pizza, or as a customer once stated “the sauce has no words...like someone else said, I could drink it!”
Made in Wisconsin and named after our sweet daughter, Lou, we hope you will give it a try during your next backyard BBQ!
